I'm quite relieved when AC Pros technician Doug came a few days ago for a routine maintenance visit and caught my 11-years-old water heaters starting to leak! Doug is a detail-oriented tech and has a immaculately serious work ethics. Two days later Doug and his colleague Ethan came to replace our water heaters. Ethan also works hard and with sound work habits. They both did a wonderful job. I highly compliment their job well done, and I recommend AC Pros and their technicians Doug and Ethan.
I've had AC Pros for the last few years and have been extremely satisfied. When my AC went out in the middle of a hot summer day Lisa made every effort to get Ryan to come to fix it within a few hours. Doug has done my water heater maintenance and has been perfect. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. I have the Premium service and it is absolutely worth it.
