I have been going to Anna many years. I am extremely anal about haircuts and Anna is one of two people that I will trust. She was working at Festoon when she first cut my hair and had all these new techniques. Over the years, I followed her IG to keep up with her balayage posts. I frequently asked if my hair was healthy enough to achieve the color I wanted and she has always been honest. Fortunately, exactly one year ago, Anna said my hair was healthy enough and I went in for a balayage appointment. My second appointment was to tone my hair to keep the color and prevent damage from the bleach. By my 3rd appointment , my hair was still long, healthy and lighter. Keep in mind, everyone's hair texture and color are different so results may vary. I learned from previous mistakes so I decided to purchase all the products she recommended and kept up with it. It was extremely time consuming but SO worth it! Happy to announce that my hair is still on my head! Thanks Anna!! Anna is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about hair. I can tell she cares more about the health of her clients' hair than the money and I think that's why she has so many loyal clients who becomes her friends.
I am very happy I was recommended over to Anna. Beforehand, I showed the look I was trying to achieve and she already knew what to do. She did a really great job on my hair and informed me the process step by step which was reassuring and helpful. For someone who doesn't typically enjoy or go to the salon much, it was a very therapeutic experience. Anna has been amazing every time she colors my hair. She takes her time to understand what I like and gives suggestions based on her knowledge and experience. My hair has always been around hip length, but wanted something different last month. After discussing with Anna and hearing her thoughts, I decided on a LOB cut and balayage. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! It's low maintenance like I wanted and still feels nice and soft after the color. Now I'm considering keeping my hair short.
I think Anna got her creditials at Aveda and worked at Festoon before Mia Bella. And now she is starting her own business. Loved that she is so knowledgeable about hair. I wanted to cut my hair short and add color but didn't want to bleach it (nor had the time or patience for it). So she suggested this other method (forgot what it was called) and I was able to color my hair purple in peek-a-boos without harming it too much. She also gave me a cute short Bob. Will go back again!
