Wanted to share the excellent experience that I had working with my sales consultant, Richard Solomon. Despite looking for a vehicle with specific options and the car being delivered to the dealership later than expected, Richard went above and beyond to ensure that I had an efficient and positive buying experience. For the final transaction, Richard even stayed past business hours to confirm that our finance process was properly completed. Everything went as we discussed, with no surprises, which my family and I are grateful for.
My experience with this dealership was amazing. The whole team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. David was awesome he took a chance on me, even putting the car on pending without me asking, and always answered every question I had. Tori was amazing as well; she sent great pictures, was super helpful and was always kind throughout everything. Jason made it possible for me to get into my dream car and worked with my credit to help make it happen. I’m truly grateful to have met and worked with this team. Thank you guys again!
