These guys did excellent work on my fieldstone foundation and were terrific to work with. We had critters digging along the foundation and I was afraid we’d have rats nesting inside the house if I didn’t do something. Sean knew exactly what the fix was. Dig a trench 18” wide by 2’ deep, mortar all the loose stone, then backfill the trench with sharp gravel. They dug by hand to avoid doing damage to the house with heavy equipment and worked diligently from start to finish — five days. The last day and 1/2 they tuckpointed the inside walls where needed. I was very lucky to call on Commonwealth to do this work. Sean, Danny, and Luke were easy to work with; Danny was on site every day working with the crew. They started early and cleaned up every day. Thank you for correcting a very stressful situation.
