Professional, friendly, courteous and did not try to up sell me. Our Sale Representative was Adrian Young and he made our visits exciting, welcoming and relaxed. Although the car we wanted was not in stock, he kept us apprised of the delivery and made all arrangements to meet our schedule and eventually buy the Pilot. Adrian even contacted us when he was not at work when he had an update on our vehicle.
