The service team at Honda of Staten Island was persistent in diagnosing and repairing the issue with my vehicle. Since I was near the end of my lease, they provided me with a loaner of the new vehicle I was looking the purchase. Really appreciated it.

Will was gracious and helpful. I had to order a new key fob and got the usual maintenance, along with the NYS inspection. I come to Honda of S.I. because of the pleasant waiting area, and the kindness and efficiency of the personnel.
