I had the pleasure of experiencing Past Life Regression therapy with Jonathan and I would happily recommend him to anyone who is interested in delving into their soul and learning more about themself. Before we went through the actual soul regression, we had a very thought-provoking discussion about many things, like ADHD and anxiety and depression. The process itself to tap into a past life was intense but comfortable as he guides you in a safe space. This review is far overdue—but perhaps it’s arriving right on time. :) This was my first past life regression, and while I had a general sense of what to expect, I wasn’t attached to anything profound unfolding. TLDR: what happened was deeply meaningful, and its significance has only grown with time. Jonathan’s warm, inviting energy put me at ease immediately. He took the time to get to know me a bit beforehand, which helped me feel genuinely seen. Once the session began, I was fascinated by how I could observe myself in the experience without disrupting its flow. At one point, instead of following his guidance, my energetic body floated off into space—literally, I was among the stars! Jonathan gently and skillfully brought me back into a past life. I guess I don’t march to the beat of typical drums. :P~ What I encountered during the regression became a powerful symbol of the karma I feel has traveled with me across lifetimes. (I don’t know how I know this—I just do.) The experience expanded my awareness in a way that brought greater clarity to my spiritual path. And with that awareness came the opportunity to release this karmic weight. Without Jonathan’s gentle guidance, I don’t believe I would have been able to burn off that karma—or at the very least, it would have taken much longer.
