Just Bunk Beds

I did so much shopping and I was delighted when I found this bunkbed and was able to get a queen on top queen on bottom and a full xl trundle. I was able to fit this in a very tiny bedroom that is 10’6” by 10’2”. It was a bit scary purchasing an item that is over 600 pounds and was freight shipped to my location. I held my breath until today when my two handy people got it all set up and it is absolutely beautiful! (Took them about 2 1/2 hours). It is sturdy, it is lovely to look at and it actually fit with not a hair to spare between the door latch and the bed. I was so impressed with the help I got from Tony and Jason through the whole process, even had a question while the handy people were here and like every time, they picked the phone up and were able to help me. I don’t write many reviews, but this company and the product highly impressed me And I would want others to know not to be afraid!! I am soooo happy with this high quality bed! Great overall experience!

Our experience with Just Bunk Beds, Tony in particular , was the best. Tony is so helpful, answered all our questions and had unbelievable patience with us. He went above and beyond, Now for the product. Probably the best made piece of furniture we ever purchased. The bunk beds are furniture. The quality of the wood, the craftsmanship and especially the engineering of the bunk beds are great. The instructions are easy, the pieces fit like a glove. I should also mention how impressed we were with the packIng of the product. Not a scratch or dent. Delivery was perfect as well. Bought the Dillon bunk beds with the trundle underneath. Was worried about delivery from other reviews but mine weny smoothly, FedEx placed our shipment under the carport. Took about 2 hours to put together with help from a friend. The beds are very sturdy, unlike our old metal bunks that kept squeaking. Really like how the ladder can be switched to the other side. Overall thought the instructions can be improved a bit, otherwise good quality and bang for your buck.

We just received our two sets of twin xl bunk beds this past week and they are of the highest quality. We love the fact that we could have steps rather than a ladder as this is so much safer and easier to access. The beds are sturdy, easy to put together (it took my husband about 4 hours per set - so two half days by himself). I only had to help when we were putting one on top of the other and connecting the stairs. We bought the premium mattresses which are coil on the bottom and foam on top. They are comfortable enough for an adult to sleep in them if we ever need the bed space. Also, Tony and the crew we ordered them from and worked with when we had questions about the dresser we also bought, were so amazingly nice and easy to work with. I would definitely buy from them again. High quality - friendly staff - reasonable pricing!
