I purchased some OEM parts from their website. The communication was clear, the shipping was fast (only 2 days!!!), and the overall process was simple. Their website also makes it easy to find the correct parts for your car. I purchased new rear brake pads and rotors for my 2022 Ford Explorer PIU and I'm very happy with the performance after I got them installed last week. I'll be buying again!!!
My service was completed in a timely fashion. It was very helpful that Lakeland Ford has a shuttle service to take customers home or to work. The communication between my service writer Billy and I was fabulous. The videos from the service technician was helpful too. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Ford services to anyone. As always thanks for the customer service.
