HOLY COW ... best plumbing service ever used. I was able to get a recommendation from a Contractor friend, to utilize Magic Men. A week ago I had Benjamin Franklin come take a look and they left me with a $400 plus bill, a clogged drain still, and recommendation that I needed to demo finished basement. One hour of Travis's time along with great feedback on how to maintain to reduce future issues. Price was much less. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
These guys were fantastic! I had a clogged sewer drain and my house sits way back from the street. They worked for three hours the first day and couldn’t find the clog. They came back the next morning with their big truck and worked another two hours and finally got the problem fixed, I would recommend this company to anyone who has any kind of sewer drain problems, very friendly and professional Marnie Kounkel
My second time in three months having to call on these guys to clean out the drain because of water coming up in the basement. It took a couple of days to hear back the second time around, but I heard from them nonetheless. They came ten minutes early to a 9:00a appointment the next day and they did just as good, if not better, as the first time in October. I talked to a few plumbers to see about getting a camera to inspect the state of the orangeburg that is always in the back of mind, and these guys put a camera through the first time and figured out exactly how much orangeburg pipe there is and where it is located. Because it is orangeburg they asked me how I felt about cleaning some of the tree roots out and I gave them ok. After clearing out some of those roots they put the camera through a second time just to verify everything looked ok. The other plumbers I spoke to charge more for just the camera pipe inspection than how much these guys charged to clear out the drain and thoroughly do a camera pipe inspection. I appreciate the work these men do, and appreciate all of the tips and tricks they share. With the quality, knowledge, and competitive prices I will keep these guys on my drain and sewer service speed dial. You should too!
