Stopped by for some parts and I was genuinely surprised with the selection and availability since I am used to shopping at the larger shops. The friendly and knowledgeable staff had me in and out in no time. I will likely continue going here as they are my local shop.

Mend really cares about community. Money spent at Mend not only benefits the individual customer, but the community as well. Thx Mend.

I want to give a shoutout to the folks at mend. Super helpful and took the time to deal with me - even if all I was buying was a few bike spokes to do the repair job myself. Took the time to size up the spokes to my wheel pulled out a few boxes and measured up what we needed… badda boom badda bing and outta there. You get that great vibe off the folks here - they know what they’re talking about, they are going to take the time to understand the problem and work a solution for you. They also mentioned that their turnaround time is usually less than a a week… (err that big place by greenlake lake isn’t going to get you booked in for a repair in less than 4 weeks) After losing Ride Bikes from Roosevelt I think these folks will be my go to for work I can’t do myself..

I can't say enough positive things about Mend. Being a non-biking person bringing my son's bike in, they could have easily taken advantage. I was sure a part was broken but they put the bike on the stand, fiddled with things for maybe 10 minutes and fixed it! Didn't even bother charging me. They were all so welcoming and friendly, I felt right at home. A gem in our community for sure!

I love this neighborhood bike shop. I take my e-bike and my 11 yo's bike here for there annual tune up or if ever there is an issue. They charge a fair price and have suggested ways for me to save money. They're communicative during repairs so I can discuss any potential changes to what was expected but for the most part their estimates have been pretty spot on. Most of the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable.
