I highly recommend Nicole Harkin! She took some great headshots for me last week to update the 20-year-old photo on my LinkedIn account, and I couldn't be more pleased. I was nervous and had no clue, but Nicole has a great camera and made me feel comfortable. She helped me choose two different outfits and asked me to sit/stand in three different spots in her cute backyard -- we chatted as she snapped away. I really prefer the outdoor background -- it doesn't look like you are sitting in front of a boring screen in the high school gym or empty office down the hall. She told me how to sit and brushed away stray hairs (my brother did not do that!). She is really terrific and made it affordable and fun. I have been working online (and hope to continue doing so with my next job), and it will be nice to have a professional-looking photo to add to my various media platforms. Sorry to gush, but I like to thank good work and support local small businesses.
