Patriots Limousine

Communications before the trip was excellent. Estimated arrival time for pickup was spot on...actually a few minutes early. Smooth ride with great driver. I have seen some not so good reviews on this company but after using Patriots for multiple times now, I can't believe we are talking about the same company. Maybe new owners / management? I'm expecting some more great service on my return trip.

Before booking Patriot, I spoke with several limousine companies in the area and not only did Patriot come in at bottom dollar, everything about the experience was top notch. They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns. We had an amazing night and the flawless transportation was the icing on the cake. A big thanks to the team at Patriot especially our professional, courteous, punctual driver, Stanley.

We hired Patriots Limo to get us to and from Logan for an international trip. There was a slight hiccup initially, as our original driver called us to tell us he was going to be late due to a car issue. When he was 15 minutes late I called the office and they apologized and sent a different driver, who showed up shortly thereafter. We got to the airport with time to spare. Our flight back was delayed by over an hour, but we still didn't have to wait for our driver, who was there when we arrived. Cars were clean, drivers were very nice. Price, contrary to what I've seen in another review here, was reasonable (this is Boston, it's expensive here). All in all, we were satisfied. It's not a perfect world, and customer experiences don't happen in a vacuum. S*** happens, so when a provider handles it and gets the job done, they deserve credit for it.

The service that was provided was beyond expectations, leaving my family and I with a day to remember. There is no question in their professional, respectful and friendly service. Patriots Limo services are wonderful and I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. We enjoyed their service on Easter Sunday, which also happened to be my boyfriends birthday. On time (10-15 mins early), clean, child-friendly (provided car seat), and without a doubt professional. Thank you for such wonderful service! It meant a lot!! :)

Used this company with a bunch of friends to see Lady Gaga at Fenway Park. The driver was awesome and got us to the venue with plenty of time to relax and get ready before everything started. The driver was also outside ready to pick us up after the concert and got us all home. Great night and all around experience hands down!
