I had a really great experience with Phoenix Automotive from start to finish. The customer service was solid, friendly, responsive, and actually helpful without feeling pushy. The whole purchasing process was smooth and easy, which made a big difference. Also there technical support. They really know what they’re doing and take the time to help you figure things out. I bought my unit back in 2021, and even now in 2026 I was still able to reach out and get the same level of help and respect like I was a brand-new customer. That kind of consistency is rare. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just making a sale. Definitely recommend Phoenix Automotive if you want a company that stands behind their products.

This place is amazing! The customer service is second to none!!! Cora helped we step by step with how the unit works and the fit and finish looked great! I will recommend all my friends and family to buy upgraded radios here for now!

I was very impressed with the support. I called in because some features of the unit were not working. The lady on the phone gave me a time that they would call me back with a tech person. The guy called at the exact time and then we established a google meet so he could see how I wired the system. Within a few minutes he saw that I hooked up two wires backwards and once I switched it the unit was up and running. I live in NY and noticed the best time to call for help is early or else it is hard to get a person on the line. However was very impressed on how knowledgeable the tech was.

Came in and got assistance from Cora. She was really helpful and was able to explain everything that I needed for my truck. I will definitely be coming back here again with any truck purchase I make.
