The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Doctor was not only knowledgeable but also very sensitive and understanding of my concerns. I came in for the O-Shot and am genuinely happy with the results--everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend this medspa to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate experience.
