I cannot say how grateful I am for this Rocket Bail Bonds team, and especially our case manager, Enrique. He was one of the kindest, most understanding, calming, thoughtful people I've had the pleasure to deal with. He, and the others I spoke to (across the SoCal offices), really put people first. They understand how chaotic, terrifying, confusing, and enraging the process of hearing your loved one (often wrongfully, especially in my case) has been arrested and has an outrageous bail amount. He, virtually, held my hand, listened, went over every contract line with me, explained the system and answered questions far beyond his duties. He is incredibly responsive, trustworthy, supportive, checks up on you, and, most importantly in this kind of situation, gives you the benefit of the doubt. And he will continue to be there for us so long as our case exists. I have already hyped up this place to so many friends, and will keep recommending it, should they or anyone ever need it. If it wasn't for him, I don't know how I would have handled getting my most honorable grandma out of jail for a ridiculous accusation that included police brutality, degrading treatment of innocent people by the police department and jailors, and the terrible "justice' system that has no respect for the "innocent until proven guilty" mantra. If you ever happen to be in this kind of trouble, please feel at ease knowing these guys are here and on your (our) side. Thank you, Rocket!
