I've used Rural Rooster for two runs of shirts now and will definitely go to them again. The quality of a business can be determined by how they handle mistakes. For the most recent run of shirts, I referenced a previous order that split sizes between men and women's styles. When I got my second order home, I realized the full run was men's t's. Although I was down with Pat Benetar-ing the men's tees for myself, I knew some other folks would need the ladies sizes and cuts. I was dreading telling them about this, since my budget wouldn't allow for an additional run. I wrote them on a Sunday and had a "just bring back the extra men's and we will get you taken care of!" by Monday afternoon. Just really great service. They even offered to ship the new run to me for my convenience. They even let my kiddo (a budding artist) check out the screen printing machines in back. Good people! I support using these guys 100%! You should too!

i recommended RR for a friend's wedding poster design and printing. the bride explained to me that she wasnt happy with the original colors on the poster as there was some miscommunication in the chaos of wedding planning, etc.... anyways, i learned of this at 6pm on wedding eve and knew that i had to help the bride out, so i called JJ @ RR and he met me at the shop at 10pm to revamp the posters. needless to say, i left at 1am with posters in hand and ready to deliver for the wedding the next day. the bride was so very happy wit the end result, and i thank JJ for going the extra mile for my friend's biggest day!
