I have a two year old Cane Corso that was really becoming difficult to manage. Six weeks with Kris at Taylor Made Working Dogs and I picked up a completely different dog.He actually listens now, walks without pulling, and holds a stay when I need him to. Couldn’t be a bigger fan of Kris and the team at Taylor Made. I had just lost a Gsd and i needed to make sure we had a dog with the right temperament and training. He made sure to match me with the right dog and the training he provided it was fantastic. He was patient with all of our questions, thorough with the training/education for my wife and I and he’s been extremely responsive every time I have a question. He genuinely cares about these dogs and it shows. Willie has integrated into our home seamlessly, we know he’ll be great with our future kids and we couldn’t be happier. Couldn’t be a bigger fan of the work they do, the quality of their dogs and the service they provide.

I meet Kris years ago via a mutual “dog” friend when I got my first dog from him. He’s very knowledgeable and actually cares about the right fit for the dog and family. In fact, we just got a second dog from him for my daughter. Again, he made sure it was a fit for both. I would highly recommend Kris. There’s no way you can go wrong. By no means am I a dog expert, however I’ve been around more than enough dog trainers and dogs to know good from bad. Kris is definitely one of the good ones, trust me.

She’s been on it since she was a puppy and has grown into a healthy, strong dog who genuinely gets excited for mealtime. On top of that, we board her at Taylor Made when we travel—and she is thrilled every time. Once she realizes where we’re going, she can’t wait to jump out of the car and be with Kris and the team. We’ve worked with other trainers in the past, and lesson learned. I purchased my second German shepherd from Taylor Made, and he is a wonderful addition to our family. Healthy, mentally focused and stable (unlike my first shepherd!), and incredible drive. We also did basic obedience training with Taylor Made and also have frequently used their boarding service. Even though it is a far drive from home, it is a comfort during travel to know he is cared for in an environment that understands shepherd behavior. Highly recommend these dogs!
