Their response was both quick and professiona with good listening, thoughtful assessment and excellent prunning that included care all the surrounding plants and flower beds, and terrific cleanup as well. They did an excellent job pruning and trimming our trees. The owner was clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his work and did a good bit of education at the consultation (which was quite interesting). Communication was also excellent with quotes, explanations, etc. The actual job was performed within a few weeks of the consultation and the work was excellent. They were efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend and use their services again.

The crew was very professional, prompt, no upselling with the bid. Overall the company is very transparent and easy to work with, they respond to emails and questions quickly. I’ve had my western red cedars here in Edmonds worked on over three decades now and these guys are probably the best. They also checked the cables that are attached to the cedars.

Excellent customer service. They were prompt and knowledgeable about tree care and careful to explain everything they planned to do and why. They really listened to my goals for the garden and created a plan to match them. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. What I liked the best was the fact that their small crew all knew what they were doing. In the past, I've hired tree trimming companies that sent out an arborist to write up the contract and then sent people who had little experience with trees to the do the job. I will definitely be using their services again.
