Underdog Kennels Dog Daycare and Boarding

Spoke with the owner Rob, and he was very nice, polite and professional; he booked Dash’s first visit. My 4 month old puppy loved his visit! The staff was friendly and greeted us with open arms! He was a little nervous at drop off; however at pick up time, he came home happy, confident w/a “big boy swag”. 💙😊 I’m comfortable with leaving him for our upcoming trip. We have officially found our new daycare and boarding for Dash. Thank you so very much Underdog Kennels!

Underdog Kennels is undoubtedly the most sophisticated upscale place to leave your fur baby while on vacation or if you’re just needing a daycare adventure for your dog. I am a repeat customer. I’ve only used the boarding service so far but definitely will consider day care sometime. They incredibly personalized my dogs stay. I have used them several times for short vacations to a more lengthy recent stay. I have friend who have been on extended weeks vacations and trusted them with their dog. They do an amazing job! I trust them totally with the meds, feeding and playtime and the best is they post at least twice a day pictures on their FB group page of playtime and your dog interacting. This is great to help with my own anxiety about leaving her in a strange place to see how she is adapting. She has had no issues when coming back home except to sleep a lot at first just to relax and unwind…..I definitely will use them again. They have other services too like training etc…. even nail clipping! They get a A+++ in my books!

If I could rate it 10 stars I would. As an anxious dog mom they really made me feel at ease & that my baby was going to be safe and sound. We cannot recommend this place enough so excited for the McKinney facility to open.

I had to leave town for a work trip & as a reactive/rescue dog-mom I was really worried how this would trun out. They were very patient with all my questions and explained everything to me when i first called, which was really reassuring. My reservation was also very short notice and while making sure about the safety of my dog & every other beloved staying there, they were very cooperative in handling things on his trial time. I still felt a bit anxious once i left him but very soon after they sent me photos of him playing happily which was a relief & very nice surprise considering his usuall reactivity outside. They remained responsive and reassuring throughout the whole week he was there, & watching his happy photos playing & having a good time became a pleasent part of my day during my trip; (kudos to the photographer who catches moments beautifully), After I picked him up a few items of him were left there but they contacted me and even kindly dropped them to my address. I deeply appreciate every single act of kindness towards dogs (& animals in general) & it felt so nice that this place is full of kind & considerate people. My only suggestion would be adding few daily photos of them in their nap/rest time as well (if possible) which would melt every dog-mom's heart 🫠☺️ overall, great experience ✌️🙏🏻🐶

Im so relieved to find a trustworthy daycare to keep my boi at!!! The dogs all have lots of lovin and playin and they take lots of pics so you can see em havin fun. My Bowser came home happy and tired lol
