I have really enjoyed my time with the Virginia Okinawan Karate Dojo. Everyone works together to provide a positive and welcoming environment for people of all skill levels. Also, the instructors go into detail about the real life applications of the various moves that show up throughout the Kata, which help you better understand what you was doing and help you improve your self defense. I would definitely recommend this Dojo if you are looking to improve your self defense skills.
