Top notch communication, highly recommended. We had a weekend water heater failure and called on WHN Sunday am. Shane was prompt to respond, got a fair price and then Bruce out installing the next day. Can't do much better than that, Ed Studer

So thankful they were able to come out within hours of my call and install a new water heater. They also had to get creative with the install, as the space my previous water heater was located blocked the entrance of my furnace filter abd made it difficult to insert the filter each month. They did a great job!!
