Well pump was on the way out but not gone yet. The tech (Justin) measured the pumps flow rate and current draw. This made it clear that it was only a matter of time till it failed completely. It took two people due to the location of the well pit. Help arrived promptly and the pump was replaced that day. Pump flow rate and current draw were again measured after the replacement and the new pump was right on the money. I really appreciate being shown the before and after performance. There was a concrete contractor on site that day as well so things got a little crowded in the driveway. Everyone cooperated and both jobs were completed. Justin also measured the well depth, the water height in the well and the pump depth. All good things to know for the future. I will call Brown the next time there is an issue with the well.
