The Whimstay team was amazing The Whimstay team was amazing! We had a last minute issue with maintenance at the cabin we had book. The Whimstay team rushed to get us a comparable cabin that met our needs and they did. By the time we arrived at our cabin everything was set for our amazing stay!

A company to remember! Attentive, prompt service, exceptional communication with people who go above and beyond to help with any and all issues. Was my first time using a service like this, and renting an extended stay location, and nothing but good things to say about Whimstay. Highly recommend and will use in the future

I booked through Whimstays and was a little bit hesitant about it. However Deja from their support, was super supportive of the whole process and quelled all of my doubts. Even before I booked she was answering as much questions as she could and was extremely responsive. However, there was an issue on the host side so the booking never went fully through. They gave me a full refund and was extremely friendly, and apologetic during the entire process even though it wasn't their fault.
