This pencil marker is a good staple for your tool box. I hang so many pictures and this one makes it easy to find the marks I make (half the time I was making a mark with a nail tip but would lose it when I went to find it).

We love the Conair hand held steamer. It heats up quickly and outputs a lot of steam on the turbo setting. It does tend to run out of water quickly but we usually are able to steam a queen duvet and pillows with one fill.
