This is my favorite prtein drink ever and i mean ever. i have tried them all and when i forget to have this… I can actually feel the difference in energy. its has tons of vitamins and nutrients in it and is so yummy. I mix mine with frozen bananas and frozen spinach. This doesnt make me feel bloated and it is delicious. I like both the chocolate and the vanilla. Ill also add cacao for extra nutrients and axtra coco flavor but you dont need too. Also ZERO chemical tase or aftertaste. NONE. I will take this for the rest of my life.

These seriously are delicious and the best gummies. If you have has weight loss surgery or take a GLP like Ozempic or Zepbound tirzepatide you often need help with bowel movements and these gently do the trick. Outside of weight loss they are natural and yummy and easy to remember to take. I hate swallowing a ton of pills so I know i just have to eat one packet a day. They have a low sugar and no sugar version. Since i started with these I feel much better.

okay so i tried to get around the fact that to lose wight the best thing you can do is drink water and a lot of it. Its really does help you flush your system and fat and when i didnt drink enough my weight loss stalled. When i started to drink 80 - 120 oz a day my weight loss picked up plus my skin looks amazing. that said- hate drinking water. lol. Im an iced coffee girl.
