Staying Healthy While Traveling
Staying hydrated and healthy is the best way to care for your body - especially while traveling. Here is our list of beverages we rotate through!
Combine any of these ingredients to make a delicious and healthy smoothie! We like to make green smoothies for extra fiber, adding fruit for sweetness but you can make them however you like!
We use this daily to reduce stress and anxiety, calm our mind and heal our bodies. We absolutely love them!
Yoga is an easy, can do from anywhere, exercise that is great for restoring tired and sore muscles from travel
If you are looking for a coffee alternative, this is a delicious and healthy option. You can add it to your coffee for brain clarity and focus, and it is delicious in hot chocolate!
Must Have Clothing!
We each have a pair! Lightweight, comfortable and warm. We wear them to walk dogs, hike, run errands, brunch, airports, and even PJ's sometimes!
Stephanie loves a Poncho! It is lightweight but fashionable. This is a wonderful feel and quality on a budget price.
We love this beanie and each have 1-2 in various colors (we get to share so that's important here!). Keeping our heads warm, offers us the opportunity to explore without freezing or getting sick. Highly recommend!
Gloves not only keep your hands warm, but covered to stave off germs! We love these! They keep our hands toasty warm!
