7 things I wish I had Known earlier about self worth.
Self worth isn't loud. It doesn't show up in likes, applause, or approval. It's quiet,steady-and it's starts feeling within. For years, I searched for it in all the wrong places.
Your worth isn't something you "achieve " by being productive, helpful, beautiful or perfect. You are worthy simply because you exist.
You don't have to earn “worthiness.”
What someone thinks of you says more about them than it does about you. Stop handling strangers the power to define your value.
Other people's opinions aren't mirrors
Whether in friendships, relationships, or careers-behind chosen isn't a confirmation of worth. You are still enough, even when someone doesn't see you.
Being chosen doesn't make you more valuable
Even the most confident people question themselves sometimes. The difference? They don't let those doubts decide how they show up.
Self-worth doesn't mean you never doubt yourself
Saying no doesn't make you selfish. Protecting your peace is an act of self-respect not cruelty.
You don't have to explain or apologize for needing space.
You can set boundaries and still be a good person
Trying to fix your insecurities by doing more, achieving more,or being more only deepens the disconnect. True healing begins when you start accepting who you already are.
You can't heal through constant achievement
It grows,it changes. Some days it's strong, other days it needs a reminder. But it's always with in you-and it always will be.
