It can be worn underneath your foundation or alone. Also, the glow is legit.
Catrice Soft Glam Filter Fluid
One of my favourite OG foundations. It's got a beautiful finish and is lightweight. Also, very good coverage.
Dream Satin Liquid® Foundation Makeup
This is such a great primer. Most of the time I use it alone with a little translucent powder. I also love to use it with my Maybelline hybrid foudation.
