Personal favorites that have taken years off this almost over the hill mother of 4, 5 if you count my spouse. I have always had the Grand Canyon of deep lines on my forehead and neck as well as dark eye bags and have searched high and low for products.

So I hopped on the peptide train awhile back and have had tremendous improvements in my weight, inflammation and overall health. I knew absolutely nothing when starting this thing and had some hiccups along the way. I’m gonna share all the little things that have helped me become the best version of myself!
