I find that the smell is so much less using a stainless steel box rather than plastic....not to mention its safer and easier to clean. If you don't want robo cleaner, this is a better option

I like this litter box, I have two cats and it doesn't smell much, I like it's wifi features and it doesn't scare my cats either lol I use this for upstairs and have a regular stainless steel box for downstairs
