October is the month of the Olive Harvest here in Italy. Here are just a few of the Italian recipes that can be made following the harvest (but they are also great any other time of the year too!). Many of these recipes include olives from Castelvetrano which is just 20 minutes from my home here in Sicily so they are near and dear to my heart!
