Microphones & Audio
The microphones and audio gear I use for ASMR videos and livestreams. These items help me capture clear sound, control multiple microphones, and monitor my audio while recording.
This is the main microphone I use for ASMR recordings and livestreams. The audio is clear, it is easy to set up, and it works well for close-up triggers. I liked my first one enough that I bought a second for left-and-right audio setups.
HyperX QuadCast 2 USB Mic for Gaming & Streaming
I use this cable to connect XLR audio equipment to a USB-C device without needing a complicated setup. The 6.6-foot length gives me enough room to position my microphone and equipment comfortably while recording.
J&D USB C to XLR Male Audio Cable 6.6ft
I use this interface when I need to connect and control two microphones in the same setup. The separate gain controls make it easier to balance each side, and the direct headphone monitoring lets me hear the audio while recording without noticeable d...

Windscreens & ASMR Accessories
Microphone covers and accessories I use to reduce harsh breath sounds and create soft brushing, scratching, and textured ASMR triggers.
A simple way to reduce harsh breath sounds and popping while recording close to the microphone. The two-pack is useful if you use two QuadCast microphones or want a spare.
Microphone Windscreen Pop Filter for HyperX QuadCast (2 Pack)
I use this cover for soft microphone brushing and scratching sounds. The thick fur creates a more noticeable ASMR texture than a basic foam cover, although it can slightly soften the microphone’s natural audio.

Phone Filming & Stands
Phone holders, stabilizers, tripods, and equipment stands I use to position my camera, record smoother footage, and keep everything secure while filming.
This stand feels much sturdier than cheaper backdrop stands I have owned. I use it to hold large backdrops for videos and livestreams, and it has handled being assembled, moved, and packed away repeatedly.
Hemmotop 10x8ft Adjustable Photo Backdrop Stand
I use this when I need smoother phone footage or want to move the camera during a video. It also works as a small tripod and phone holder, making it useful for both stationary filming and moving shots.
DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Gimbal Stabilizer, Tripod
This was the first equipment stand I used, and it has been surprisingly reliable. The large tray can hold a projector, laptop, tablet, props, or other filming equipment, and the height is easy to adjust.
Adjustable Projector Stand w/ Enlarged Tray & Phone Holder
Backdrops & Studio Gear
The backdrops, stands, and studio equipment I use to build a clean filming area and create the dark underwater look behind my videos.
I use this black backdrop to create the dark underwater look behind my ASMR setup. It is large enough to cover the filming area and works especially well with blue and green lighting.

Lighting
The lights I use to keep my videos clear while creating the darker blue and green atmosphere used throughout my ASMR setup.
I have used these lights for a while, and they have held up through dozens of setups and tear-downs. The adjustable color temperature helps me soften the lighting or balance it with the colored lights in my ASMR background.
Andoer Studio Light Kit 85W Bi-Color LED x2
A useful smaller light for phone videos, livestreams, and adding color around the setup. I mainly use it when I need quick lighting without setting up the larger studio lights.
Weilisi 10" Ring Light with Stand & Phone Holder
Cables, Power & Connections
The cables, power strips, and connection equipment that keep my microphones, lights, phones, and other recording gear working together without turning the setup into complete wire chaos.
This gives me enough outlets and USB ports to power lights, phones, microphones, and other equipment from one spot. The long cord is especially helpful when the nearest outlet is not close to the filming setup.
