
At competitive levels, cleats actually matter. Cheap cleats = blisters and rolled ankles mid-tournament. This section is what keeps them comfortable and performing through double-header weekends.































Once kids get serious, they'll want to practice at home constantly. I've bought a lot of training gear - this section is only the stuff that actually gets used three years later, not collecting dust in the garage.



























Tournament weekends = 12 hours of soccer in the rain with parking 20 minutes from fields. This is everything that makes it survivable. First few tournaments we looked pathetic until another parent loaned us their wagon.

















10-15 hours weekly of intense activity means recovery isn't optional. This is the difference between constantly injured versus staying healthy. Learned this after my daughter's pulled hamstring that three weeks of missed play.


















Proper fueling is as important as training. Tournament players eating gas station food all weekend will crash by game three. This section is what keeps energy consistent
