This lady was an expert in secular Greek translation. Her study bible was loved by so many evangelicals. Then they found out she believes the bible doesn't condemn LGBTQ people. She can prove it. It's a slow read, but I'm learning a lot.

The Voice is written in screenplay style, with extra information added. It's enjoyable to read, and makes some verses easier to read and understand.

Oh, this is a lovely version of Scripture. There's so much in here. So many layers to this version. A lot of verses I didn't understand were made clear. Stories I already liked got even brighter. Get this if you can.

This paraphrase is fascinating. It's done by a family in France (?). The focus is on the loving heart of Jesus turned towards us. They would rather explain more to us than less.And they admit that this book is a work in progress.
Mirror Study Bible
This is what's called a harmonization of the four gospels. Basically, they're merged into one story and told from start to finish. Sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn't. You decide.
All About Jesus: Story from Matthew, Mark, Luke & John
I haven't used this one very much. Something about the pacing of the wording I think. But it's perfectly good, and everyone takes to different paraphrases for different reasons.
