Ruby Sunshine is a chain with an amazing breakfast and brunch menu. There are a few vegan / dairy-free items, or you can customize to make many items dairy free.

WokChow is one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Knoxville, for takeout or eat in. Menu items are easily customizable and the food is fast and fresh.

This BBQ joint has a high end feel and the food options also feel a bit elevated. I was SO impressed by how accommodating they are to allergies and intolerances.

This authentic German brewery looks like a castle! While the food menu isn't extensive, I am always able to find something to eat here. They even made me a plain pretzel without butter to keep it dairy free.
