I can not tell you how helpful the color consultant was in planning our repainting project I live in a c1900 home and have a room that was painted bright yellow. Awful! It matched nothing else in the house. I wanted to change to something more auth...

Just so you know, I love this color. That's all!
Rookwood Red
If you live in an older home, or one that maybe had the wrong kind of rehab, you're likely going to need to freshen up that ceiling. Don't waste your time or money on cheap crummy paint that will take 4+ coats. Been there, done that. Buy the good pa...
Ceiling Paint
This paint is certainly more that what you'll get at the big box stored, but SW runs sales so look out for those. In my experience, it's worth it! (Affiliate link)
Emerald® Interior Acrylic Latex Paint
Speaking of ceilings.... get a long extension handle for your rollers. Sure, and old mop handle might work but, trust me, when it breaks you will wish you had the read deal. (Affiliate link)
Paint Roller Extension Poles
Yep, you are definitely going to need some of these. They cleannup nicely so be sure to hang on to them for the next job. (Affiliate link)
Paint Roller Frames
Obviously... you'll need the actual rollers? Too. If you aren't sure what style or size, check with your favorite paint folks. (Affiliate link)
Paint Roller Covers
We have metal paint tray that are well over 30 yrs old. Use a liner for easy clean up and changing between pain colors. Be warned... sizes are not universal! (Affiliate link)
Paint Trays & Liners
My go-to brush for cutting in corners and around trim! I've owned several over the years. It's a comfortable shape and size, holds a decent amount of paint.(Affiliate link)
Angle General purpose brush
If its in the budget, canvas drop cloths are very nice and can be used for more than painting. Much easier than scraping pain splatters off the floor. (Affiliate link)
Canvas Drop Cloth
Disposable and very light weight. Much more affordable than the canvas options .... but plan on tears and holes. Small one can be patched with painters tape. (Affiliate link)
Drop Cloths - plastic
Personally, I prefer the wide rolls over the narrow. Choose what works for you. Plan on pulling the tape up according to the directions or you risk peeling the paint, too! (Affiliate link)
Painters Tape
Why? Because I like to tack the canvas drop cloth to the baseboards. It keeps it from moving around and makes my clean up easier. Just tap them in enough to hold, not all the way. Okay? Okay! (Affiliate link)
Finishing Nails or Tacks
You know you won't finish that project in 1 day. Slip your roller and/or paint brush in a plastic bag. Smush out the air and your roller/brush will be fresh when you come back tomorrow! (Affiliate link)
2.5 Gallon Size Plastic Bags
A small paint cup for cutting in and touch ups is so much easier to handle than a full gallon of paint. Plus, if you spill, you spill less! Win-Win. (Affiliate link)
1 pint paint cup
Please, please , please - don't paint over the wallpaper. Unless it's holing the wall together and in that case, you have bigger problems than paint! A paper tiger will help score the paper, which allows the water to loosen the glue, for easier rem...
