The first Freida McFadden book I’ve read and immediately got attached by chapter 1. Book #1 for the housemaid series, can’t wait to watch the soon to be film. A phycological thriller and twisty mystery. This series is a must read!

I enjoyed this audible! I didn’t follow the diet specifically, but I enjoy educating myself with things we put in our body. Great tools and an eye opener with how certain foods affect us all differently. Great one to add to your library.
Bright Line Eating: Science of Living Happy
The second book to this series is just as good as the first! Same main character with a different story. Super good and suspenseful leaving you attached to every page!
The Housemaid's Secret: Gripping Thriller
Last book to this series and it wasn’t disappointing. I loved how Freida gave a good storyline with suspenseful events with the characters. I really enjoyed this series, I highly recommend!
