Started doing three sets of rollouts before my feet even hit the floor. Sounds dramatic but keeping the roller under my bed removed every excuse. These are the ones compact enough to stash anywhere.

After the ab roller I loop a band around my door frame and knock out rows and pull-aparts. Takes maybe four minutes. My posture went from office-worker slouch to noticeably straighter in a few weeks.

Kept tripping over my old dumbbell set until I found adjustable ones that sit in a corner. Now I grab them for two sets of curls and presses while my coffee brews.

Rolled-up mats in the closet never get used. I started leaving mine flat next to the bed and suddenly I was stretching every single morning. The visual cue does all the motivational heavy lifting.

Flat-palm push-ups were wrecking my wrists by the time I hit thirty. Rotating handles changed everything. Now I knock out two quick sets and my wrists feel completely fine afterward.

Fifty kettlebell swings takes about two minutes and wakes you up faster than caffeine. I keep a single bell in the corner of my bedroom. It's the one piece of equipment I'd save in a fire after my phone.

Morning stiffness used to make me skip workouts entirely. Now I spend 90 seconds on a foam roller before touching any equipment. My lower back went from crunchy to loose and it changed how the whole day feels.
