Step 1: The Oils
For the base you want to start with any three of these oils together: jojoba, grapeseed, black castor, coconut, or olive. Personally, I find that using grapeseed, jojoba, and Jamaican black castor oil works wonders on my scalp.

Step 2: Rosemary
Once you have your oils , you’re going to boil your water with some rosemary. Let it boil for a little, then turn heat off and let it steep for an hour

Once rosemary is steeped, combine the water and oil. Don’t remove the rosemary just yet. Store overnight in a cool dry place, then remove the sprigs. Store it in a spray bottle or applicator
