I'm an avid gym girl and just love anything to get activity & movement in so whether that's a walk or Pilates here are some of my favorites. From gym shoes, cups, supplements, clothing, and etc.

Body Care favorites that I use and have used for years and sometimes new things. The best part is you don't have to break the bank when taking care of yourself to look and feel your best. Also for the higher items I have on my list you can catch them on sale sometimes and that's when I tend to buy them.

I cut my hair into a bob towards the end of last year because my hair was damaged. I am currently working with a hairstylist to regrow my hair and restore its health. I am naturally a curly-haired girl, but I wear my hair straight or curly. Here are my favorite hair products that I like and have learned work best for my hair type or for anyone else with a similar story.
