I have a pretty terrible back. I'm always dealing with knots in my shoulders and around my spine. I have a whole slew of tools I use to keep my back as happy as possible.

I use this to stretch my back. I place it on the ground and lay across it facing up and roll back and forth. There are a lot of stretches you can find that work with this.

I use this all the time when I have knots in my shoulders. I like that I can apply whatever pressure I want just by pulling on it. It's technically for shoulders, but I also use it for my lower back when needed.

Bed extension for your face during a massage. Love this so much. We usuallly just lay an old blanket over the bed and then use massage oil and get/give the whole treatment. But so much better than trying to squish your face into the bed.

This has been super helpful for targeting knots on my own back. Because of the curve in this rod, I'm able to put pressure on my back by pushing forward. There are also multiple spots you can use to rub your knots.
