Southern Hill Farms
Osceola County's own fall tradition on a working cattle ranch south of St. Cloud: a real corn maze, hayrides, pumpkins, cow train and zip line. Way less crowded than the Clermont farms and only 30 minutes from Kissimmee. Runs October into November.
Partin Ranch Corn Maze
Home of Scott's Maze Adventures, a massive corn maze that gets a new design every fall, plus the famous Zellwood sweet corn and a farm market cafe. Wear closed shoes, bring water, and go in the morning before the maze gets hot.

My favorite blueberry u-pick, out in Groveland with pretty views over the lake. Season is roughly April through May, and they usually have a pumpkin patch and fall activities too. Go early, the bushes get picked over by noon on weekends.

A full-on fall festival up in Eustis: pumpkin patch, corn maze, sunflowers, giant slides and farm animals, then strawberry u-pick in spring. It's about an hour from Kissimmee, so make a day of it with a stop in downtown Mount Dora on the way home.
Amber Brooke Farms
A pretty lakeside venue in Apopka that turns into a fall festival every October: hayrides, pumpkin patch, kids' games, food trucks and live music under the oaks. Smaller and more relaxed than the big farms, good for toddlers.
