Aloha Isle | Walt Disney World Resort
Home of the famous spicy chicken waffle sandwich and the Nutella waffle with fresh fruit. Grab one and snag a waterside table with a castle view - one of the best-kept snack secrets in Liberty Square.
Sleepy Hollow | Walt Disney World Resort
The corn dog nuggets here are a Magic Kingdom rite of passage - crispy, sweet batter with plenty of mustard. Grab a spot at the outdoor tables and you get a front-row seat for the castle and the evening fireworks.
Casey's Corner
Gaston's giant warm cinnamon roll is the stuff of legend, and LeFou's Brew (frozen apple juice with toasted marshmallow) is the perfect no-guilt refresher. The tavern itself is a fun photo op - flex like Gaston while you wait.
Gaston's Tavern
Watch fresh caramel apples and Mickey crispy treats being made right in the window as you walk in - the smell alone pulls you off Main Street. This is our go-to for take-home treats and the kids' end-of-day reward.
Main Street Confectionery
Old-school ice cream parlor at the end of Main Street with hand-scooped sundaes in waffle bowls. The Mickey-ears sundae kit is our family tradition - split one before the afternoon parade and thank me later.
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor
The lobster roll and grilled salmon here are the best quick-service food in the park, hands down. Head upstairs - the quiet second floor overlooking Liberty Square is Magic Kingdom's best-kept air-conditioned secret.
Columbia Harbour House
Tex-Mex in Frontierland - the rice bowls and nachos are huge and easy to split. It's one of the biggest quick-service spots in the park, so you can almost always find a table even at peak lunch.
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
The loaded tater tots here rotate flavors and they're always ridiculous in the best way. Tiny window in Fantasyland that most people walk right past - which means shorter lines for you.
The Friar's Nook
This is where you get THE giant smoked turkey leg photo op, plus fresh fruit and cold drinks that cost way less than a sit-down stop. Great grab-and-go fuel while you wait for Haunted Mansion.
Liberty Square Market
The Peter Pan Float (key lime soft-serve with Sprite) is my kids' most-requested snack in the whole park. Soft-serve cones with themed toppings, right in the middle of Fantasyland when everyone needs a cool-down.
Storybook Treats | Walt Disney World Resort
Dinner inside Beast's castle is the most magical meal in Magic Kingdom - the ballroom with falling snow outside the windows gets me every time. Book your reservation exactly 60 days out; the French onion soup and the Grey Stuff are musts.

Eating INSIDE Cinderella Castle with princess meet-and-greets at the table - if you have a princess fan in the family, nothing else comes close. It books up fast and it's pricey, but it's a once-per-childhood splurge that's worth it.
Cinderella's Royal Table
Winnie the Pooh and friends come right to your table while you hit the all-you-can-eat buffet - the best character-dining value in the park. Book a breakfast slot before park open and you'll walk down an empty Main Street for photos.
The Crystal Palace
Local hack: park snacks add up FAST, so we bring our own in these Disney-print reusable bags - they're allowed in the parks and the kids love picking their prints. Pays for itself in one afternoon.
