Heartrate Trackers
Here are some devices that I use to keep track of my heartrate.
My Oura ring helps me keep track of so many health-related vitals and encourages healthy sleeping patterns which help my POTS!
This is an excellent device to check my heartrate and blood oxygen levels.
Cooling Devices
These are a must to be able to place them on the back of my neck and cool down my body temperature when it gets hot outside.
One of these is a must to have when it is hot outdoors.
One of these upf towels is a must have for me to block the sun and stay cool!
I have one of these UV umbrellas to stay cool and block the sun for when I need to walk my dog. It is a lifesaver in the harsh sun and helps make sure I stay cool and don't get a sunburn!
These instant cold packs help me cool down quickly in emergency situations where I don't have access to ice or water.
Waterbottles
Owala waterbottles are my absolute FAVORITE waterbottles. Not only do they have a straw, but they also have a swig spout and they are conveniently in one. It also helps that there is a top cover and handle!
Hydroflasks are one of my go to brands for waterbottles that are durable and stay cold no matter how hot it is!
