I went from being a dedicated cappuccino addict to medically not being able to stomach coffee anymore. It was horrible! But, there is life after the daily cup of joe, it turns out! Here's things that I love drinking and buying instead.

Still some caffeine
It's the classic. The staple. The must-have. Tea has less acidity and much less caffeine than coffee, but still gives me warmth and energy.
Tea
Sometimes you need something a little bit more complex than just good old black tea. I love a creamy, easy chai powder for a little extra pick me up!
Chai latte
This is like a cappuccino or latte, but with tea not coffe. The twist is that it's made with Earl Grey and often lavender or vanilla. So, it's like a fancy coffee, but not.
London Fog
Love or hate the trend, you have to try matcha to be a full non-coffee girlie! I actually prefer bagged green tea myself, but to each their own. The quality really matters on this one!
Matcha
In the beginning, when I went off coffee, I still needed the occasional high-caffeine kick without the acidity, and this is where mate drinks came in. I know some people love it hot, but this is less bitter and works well on the go.
Sparkling Yerba Mate, Cherry Berry
No caffeine, all yum
Chicory is great if you still want that coffee flavour, but not the acidity or the caffeine. Make sure you buy something high quality! This stuff is great, because you can brew it exactly how you do your coffee. You can even mix this with a bit of co...
Chicory root
This might seem an odd add, but not tolerating coffee made me realize that cow's milk also doesn't work well for my tummy! When you're making yummy coffee substitutes, definitely try interesting milks too. NotMilk is my favorite, or try an unsweetene...
NotMilk
It sounds weird to drink mushrooms, but this actually tastes the most like coffee to me. But, it's lower in acidity! So, a great replacement.
Mushroom coffee
Coffee is good, but chocolate is great! Sometimes you just need a little treat, and there's got to be some cocoa on your list. This one can even help you sleep!
Hot cocoa
As you're exploring your options outside of coffee, you should definitely try some new-to-you teas and infusions. There might be tastes you love but have overlooked in your chase for the coffee kick. Try a variety pack for something new.

If you're serious about the comfy drinks lifestyle, please tell me you're not still waiting for a whistling kettle on the stove? Electric kettles are the way to go, and they don't have to look tacky. Click a button, walk away, and done!
Electric Kettle
It's not just inside what matters. A great mug makes the whole experience better, and I'm not messing around with something small! These Le Creuset big bois are on my must-have list.
Extra-large Mug
Since you'll be drinking less caffeine, you may as well make more than one cup at a time! And for that you need a good tea pot. Don't waste your time on one without a built in infuser. I like this classic glass one.
Glass teapot
If you're new to loose leaf tea, you may not know this little egg yet, but you should! Fill it with the tea of your choice, dunk it in water, and voila. It's easy to clean and cheap too.
