Gym gear
I gym every day and the MOST important thing are tights that are squat proof, semi compression (hold you in) and last regular washing / use over and over. LSKD are the best!
If you're doing HIT or lifting weights pick a tight fitting shoe that is FLAT. Puma are so affordable and with daily use I only replace them once a year!
Fingerless gloves are great for weight days. My hands get blisters super easy and these can be washed with your gym gear.
I use my headphones more for WORK lol. They are great noise reducers and the sound is so good. An investment but you'll have them forever. (good for travel too).
Tested all sorts of fitbits, heart rate monitors and my apple watch is super close to a chest strap. It's my go-to for workouts!
