For the girls, this app is perfect for tracking periods, ovulation, and pregnancy! They have a free version which I use, otherwise they do have other paid plans available.

This is a tracking app that has helped my family feel safer. It has a free version which is what we have but there benefits to having the pain plans, we just don't personally feel the need.
