The first thing you need is your favorite realiable breast pump. I know the wireless ones get the hype but I found my Spectra produced more milk in a shorter time frame. If you struggle with volume, I highly suggest trying a non portable pump.
I tried the wireless pumps and this was by far my favorite. Yes it plugs in and its harder to move around but it was my favorite for getting the most milk production. It even survived through two babies!
