Always keep handy for any windy road travel, flight motion sickness. I usually pop one when I get into the car or while the flight is preparing for take off
Dramamine products at Target
Really helps with travel constipation. Have at around 4pm and not at night. Drink plenty of water and your mornings are smoother
Metamucil products at Target
Helps with sleep and any fatigue. I take daily and carry when I travel
CVS Triple Magnesium Complex Capsules, 120 CT
For any headache post a night-out. Sometimes travel triggers jaw pain or migraines and anti-inflammatory pain medication works better for me than Tylenol. It also works better if you have menstrual cramps for the same reason
My sensitivity to dairy increased over the years and when I cannot avoid it at office events, I manage with a Lactaid pill with the first bite or drink

Claritin products at Target
I only use this if I have a fever or sinus headache and haven’t eaten any food. It doesn’t call any stomach irritation

Single tablet just before having food works perfectly if you have acidity or stomach/heart burn.
Pepcid AC products at Target
I usually carry few capsules separately when I travel incase I develop flu like symptoms for a day or two. Airplanes are infection hotspots
Dayquil and Nyquil Cold & Flu Relief for Day and Night Symptoms
Only for emergencies for a night or two when I absolutely cannot breathe due to blocked nose
CVS 12HR Decongestant Nasal Spray, 0.5 OZ
When I travel to a new place and sometimes the new food doesn’t suit me - always keep imodium with me. Better safe and not sorry
Imodium products at Target
I keep few of these. Airplanes snd long drives tend to cause dehydration. Especially if you want to avoid public toilets. I tend to use one sachet before and after I fly.
Liquid I.V. products at Target
I keep few of these for random cuts, shoe bites and sometimes to protect exposed injuries during travel
Waterproof : Bandage
I keep these if I need to quickly sanitize an injury or clean my hands. I tend to prefer these than use a sanitizer over injuries
